Previously, I studied Interior Design, and then went to Full Sail University to study my original passion, singing, writing, and recording music. After 5 months in the music program, I found my true passion wasn't necessarily the music, but the words. When the Media Communications Degree launched at Full Sail, I switched programs to see where my communications interests may lead.

 

When I reverse engineered my life, I discovered that I would like my legacy to be that of a woman who stood strong with other women to overcome their obstacles. I had a child at 16 years old, and she and I have had a bumpy ride to where we are now. She is also now a college student, and together, we know that nothing is impossible and the only thing holding you back from achieving great things in your life is the belief that you can do it and willingness to push past adversity.

 

As a graduate of Full Sail University's Media Communications Bachelors Degree, I now posses the skills to create media content for various markets.
